2. Information we collect
When you submit a business enquiry, we collect the name, company, business email, country or region, phone or WhatsApp, area of interest and requirement details that you provide. We also record the source page and an enquiry reference.
When a URL contains advertising parameters, we store the first and most recent landing page, referrer, GCLID, GBRAID, WBRAID and UTM parameters in local browser storage for up to 90 days after you select “Accept”. These details are sent to our business team when you submit an enquiry.
3. Cookies, Google Ads and consent mode
Essential local storage remembers your cookie choice for up to 180 days. The Google Ads tag uses Consent Mode. Ad storage, analytics storage, ad user data and ad personalisation are denied by default until you choose. They are updated to granted only after you select “Accept”. Rejecting does not affect browsing or the enquiry form.
We use Google Ads to measure advertising clicks, site interactions and successfully submitted business enquiries. Depending on your choice, Google may process device, browser and network information. See the Google Privacy Policy.
4. Purposes and legal bases
We use enquiry information to respond to your request, arrange product or solution discussions, prevent spam, protect the website and assess advertising performance. Depending on applicable law, processing may be necessary to take steps at your request, based on our legitimate business interests, or based on your consent for non-essential advertising storage.
5. Sharing and international processing
We share information only as needed with service providers supporting hosting, email delivery, advertising measurement and enquiry follow-up. Providers such as Google may process data outside your country and use applicable transfer safeguards.
6. Retention and security
Business enquiries are retained only as long as needed for follow-up, service delivery, dispute resolution and legal compliance. We use reasonable safeguards including access controls, encryption in transit and submission rate limits, but no internet transmission can be guaranteed absolutely secure.
